What is a Hackfest?
An opportunity for developers to get together, hack and talk about stuff.
When is the Hackfest?
The Hack Fest will be held over three days, Friday to Sunday (29-31 October). The first day we will be having organised talks while the second and third days will be unconference style. We will set the agenda for Saturday and Sunday during the Hack Fest itself.
Where is the Hackfest?
The hackfest will be hosted by CatalystIT located in their training suite.
Catalyst IT is located at 150 Willis Street in the Wellington CBD it is a 5-minute walk from the conference location. The Training Suite is on Level 3. Exit the lift and turn left and follow the signs on the doors. If you have any problems locating us please call +64 4 499 2267 and our receptionist will direct you. On Saturday and Sunday the building will be closed, there will be people available to let you in.
What is the agenda?
The agenda is very flexible and there is space for more talks should anyone wish to give one, if you wish to do so please get in touch me and we will create a slot for you.
If you wish to attend and want to request a quick talk on a specific subject not on the current agenda please let us know and we will try to find someone who can tell us a bit about it.
